Once a month. But I am pretty sure you can go to a different pantry in the same month, they also have walk-in pantries. You can call FirstLink at (614)341-2282 and they can give you all the information you need they are very helpful
You can also go everyday for produce at Gladden Food Pantry. I would call the Front Office Manager, Kim Adams, To confirm and find out days the produce comes. 614-228-2498
