The receptionist also does massages so yes they do answer the phone it just depends on whether the entire on shift staff is busy with massages
I have been calling all morning, waiting for 40 minutes to only get a answering service, left 3 messages and no return call from them.
I agree with it. You can try to call them in business hour. There were at least two ladies answering phones at their reception when we visit there.
It's a small run business in a small town, if you were trying to call during the holiday they may have been out of the office. I would try again today during normal business hours, I've never had an issue getting a hold of them
