We opted for the private baths and we're not disappointed. We had a nice view of part of the river, but felt nicely secluded. The whirlpools are freshly filled for each client with comfortably warm/hot natural spring water. Can't vouch for any healing properties, but the relaxation factor is excellent. Friendly and capable staff is a big plus. They are great.

We have visited hot springs resort and spa twice now and have enjoyed both experiences so much. Staff is very friendly and very good at getting you scheduled via phone. I highly recommend doing the high end tubs with the fire pit for 90 minutes. Very much worth it. Tub came with a shower. Two couches, two nice seats around the fire pit. Big circle tub, private kitchenette. Great place!

This was a highly romantic treat for my wife and I. We arrived 15 minutes early and we're escorted to our private tub and cabana. Staff was polite and accommodating. The water was at an excellent temperature. The experience was super romantic and relaxing. There was a shower, ample seating with an overhead heater and a gas fire. Would have been a solid 5* if.... Despite the sign on the wall stating (I am paraphrasing) that there would be no refund or credit for malfunctioning water jets, that they sell hot spring water. In my opinion, I believe for what they charge especially in the high end cabanas the expectation of properly working hot tubs is just. Ours had one jet that sprayed above the water line and had multiple nozzles missing. We ended up shutting off the jacuzzi completely. Maintenance is a must if you run a business, not hanging signs that justify the lack there of.

We always go to hot springs a couple times a year and we always reserve the “cascade tub” it’s usually really nice. This time the water was barely warm and we couldn’t figure out why. The heaters weren’t putting off any heat and we froze the entire 90 minutes. You could feel cold water coming from the bottom of the tub. It was actually really hard to enjoy it, which is sad for $180. We don’t get to do things often as parents to new babies and this was one of our least enjoyable times.

They have always been very busy, I think there is only 1-2 people at the check in desk, this is where the phone calls are taken too.
You can check their website
No, they have hot tubs that you rent with mineral water in them. Also, a couple of the suites and cabins have mineral baths in them.
About $25 per person for just the hot tub. Must reserve a week before.
Yes, you just have to mention it when you call to reserve
I was not able to see but I agree with the above answers.
This is a place for people to post (in public) with thoughts, opinions, and experiences after visiting places. Just give them a call...they have a great staff that can help you. Hope you enjoy your stay!
It's secluded and private, but you have an absolute abundance of hiking opportunities at your disposal!
Yes all year round
Yes you can-it's even a separate building to the left
Not sure but did not see any there or facilities for pets either.
Go to the website and find contact info. They are very customer friendly.
They currently only have lodging and massage available. Definitely call to make reservations.
Very personal service like we used to expect
They're probably short on staff, due to the holidays...keep trying.
We had a cabin 10. It had a private mineral jaczee. I guess it was around $180 par night.
