The parking is free. Yes, it is open every day but there are specific hours.
No there is NO fee for parking and it is open 7 days a week but I would check for major holidays the nature center would more than likely be closed and the petting zoo, farm animals are not out if it is too hot for them. The Italian gardens are seasonal with flowers pertaining to the season but open as well as the Japanese garden which is stunning to say the least.
No parking fee but there is a fee for admission to see the gardens and a donation for the nature center.
There is a suggested donation of $5 at the petting zoo side. And then there is a fee of 9 per adult. 5 kids and under 5 is free for the side with the fish and reptiles. That side you need to pay to enter. But no parking fee. Other side is suggested and not enforced.
No parking fee and open 7 days a week.
