The Wal-Mart on Emporia, Va. Does not have a hair salon, auto shop or nail salon...regrettably..
I don't think they have a hair salon at the Petersburg Walmart. I think the Colonial Heights store has one, but I've never gotten my hair done there. My hair is natural too, and I go to my cousin at We-R-One, (which is about five minutes further South of the Walmart on Crater Road), to get mine done. She does a great job with mine.
I did not know that a salon was at the Petersburg store. But the salon at the colonial heights store maybe of help to you.
Don't know of anyone natural who has gone there
