The only reason I didn't put five stars down is because of two incidents there that was not called for one was when one of the ladies who stick you was very rude and was not even attended to me she was attended to somebody else and my phone rang and I told the person on the other end I couldn't talk and I will call them right back but she proceeded to run up to the front and get the manager because she had some kind of issue with me because it was our second time interacting and the second time would have been me nodding off falling asleep not under any kind of drugs or anything like that just nodding off twice and they told me they had to cut my service off because I had fell asleep and I was almost done and only collected half this place is getting worse now I have had my arm messed up to were I could not donate

Wonderful experience! My first time at this location but not my last. All the staff members had pleasant attitudes. They guided me through the whole process and answered every question I had. My overall experience was quick and painless. Special thanks to Raven and Rachel for helping make my transition to a new center, easy.

Go in with social card, Id and mail from last thirty days. After up to two hours once donation is completed he will receive a card to activate with money in it. First 5 donations earn as follow; 75, 50, 50, 50, 75 then pay is weight based

Best way to find out is to just go. The new donor process is about 3-4 hours long so prepare to be there a while. They’ll go over eligibility requirements

Hello Anna, If you haven’t donated plasma in the past two years then you will be considered a new donor. As long as you can take the test and pass along with passing a physical you will be able to donate.

You live in Richmond but want to go to Petersburg location right. I believe that you can. I think there is a question in there that asks if you've donated at another location. But i would call before i went there to make sure. Or if your in that area already ask the techs at the desk.
