Accessibility is fine. On one end there's an elevator and the other end by the parking area is a direct path (dirt path with a few small rocks but navigable until reaching well paved road in less than 3 minutes depending how far car is parked)to the bridge.
Access to the walkway is good. The center of the walkway is higher than the ends, but not much.
