The old lady (attendant) is beyond rude, non-compliant with mask requirements, and does not value customers! She was cleaning the tops of washing machines WITHOUT A MASK while spraying chemicals in the air, not even a foot away from customers doing their laundry. She really is so rude! Not a business asset and should be let go. There so many respectful people out there looking for work. I'll give this laundry just one more try. Retire the 🧹 witch.

The absolute WORST place to do laundry! The old lady (attendant) is beyond rude, non-compliant with mask requirements, and does not value customers! She was cleaning the tops of washing machines WITHOUT A MASK, not even a foot away from customers doing their laundry. My fiancé and I were using the large washing machine and came back on time to get our clothes to dry them, to find all our clothes thrown into a basket that belongs to the laundromat. Come to find out, a customer was told by the attendant to remove our clothes because we were, “hogging the machine”, when we came back ON TIME. Absolutely ridiculous that a stranger touched our clothes during a PANDEMIC, and even more unbelievable, is the attendant told him to do so. Extremely unprofessional, dirty, and TRASHY establishment. Do your laundry ANYWHERE ELSE!!!Jackie We apologize for your experience, however a phone call will resolve a problem faster than a review. That being said, the attendant did ask that you call the owner at the phone number posted on the office door to address your concerns. We did not receive a phone call from you or your fiancé. We provide washers and dryers for our customers to use per wash/dry. It is, and has always been the customers’ responsibility to tend to their wash at all times. Being that we are in a pandemic, it is even more important for the customer to be present at all times to ensure their belongings do not come in contact with someone else’s. We do, as well as other customers, have the right to remove anything from a washer/dryer that is finished and sitting. Especially, when the customer is not present and another is waiting for the machine. If you were present for the duration of your wash cycle, you would have been there to promptly remove your laundry from the machine when the cycle finished. Since you were not present, your items were removed from the washer and into a laundry basket so the customer waiting could use the machine. This matter was held in a professional manner on our behalf, as it would have been any other time. As for your actions and the way you conducted yourself in my established, they were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The foul language you chose to use was something to be embarrassed about. Please note the safety precautions have been addressed. Thank you.
