You might also try emailing them. From the website or catalog. Also if you know what department it is try getting to that department for help instead of just customer service person. Also you can try leaving a bad review sometimes company's pay attention to that. Just some alternative ideas if you can't get down to the store.

Honestly it sucks, but don't count on a call back. You'll get better answers waiting in line at the store. Go in the exit and grab a number. Don't go near lunch time either because they leave one poor soul in charge durring lunch and the line can take 45 minutes. Best of luck
