They receive items multiple times a week. Online you can check their stock for each store and see a prediction when the item is in stock again.
When they've been out out of things that I wanted in the past, it has taken days to weeks before they showed up again. Those were furniture items.

Items are brought in and restocked everyday, mostly in the am before the store opens but also sometimes during the day. That being said, the store is huge and not everything is restocked right away. If something is out of stock in the store ask one of the coworkers and they can tell you when it's coming in next and offer alternative solutions.
