I'm pretty sure it's not. You have the option to have them deliver the items to your house for some charge, but if you come with your own truck, they won't help you load it.
No they do not assist with loading, there are however special parking spots close to the building just for loading. So if you can come with at least 2 people so one can watch the items while the other person goes to get the car. Makes it much easier!
Yes but you have to ask for it and only if there's an employee available to help.

I wish they would have help, think I understand why they don't. If they paid employees to help load (which would cost, then they hit peak traffic and get complaints about slow service) then they could also be liable for those ripping or crunching sounds ("hey, free new interior for my car!"), dropped/damaged items, customer hits the brakes, items slide, they get in a collision (customer would have put it in the same spot -- but now it's someone else's fault), ...
