That could be because of customers who ran in to items. My mom took out the corner of the plate section at the old store. Some of them were too fast and tricky to use. Still no excuse to not offer a better one to use at the new store.
The old store did. Sadly when there last at the new store with someone who needed one? NO. Only wheel chairs. :( They said the new store doesn't have them and they don't plan to. Very diapointing.
