No appts. Get their about 5:30 am. Approx. 100 people will show up around 6-6:30. They open around 8. The line will move pretty quickly. The last 80 or so who show up around 7 am Will be asked to return around 2 pm.
Yes they are I just did renewals last week.
Not at the moment. You have to arrive early to receive a time to come back. If there's paperwork needed it's best to have it uploaded onto the website.
