It's all metered street parking, so depending upon the time of year/day, it's quite limited. There are accesible spaces nearby.
Street parking, public lots within a short walk
There's a parking garage at 2 New Liberty St across from the Salem Visitors Center, very inexpensive
The Ugly Mug does not have it's own parking and is going to be hard to find it on the streets nearby. If you can't find a spot there are garages and lots around the city, one on Congress St. In general (especially this time of year) you'll most likely have to walk a little.
