Fountain place restaurant

Food is average at best. Home fries were burnt. The server Holli likes to add on extra tips that weren’t included by the customer. I left a CASH tip and she decided to add another one on to my final amount. Every time I call to get my bill adjusted, she claims there is no manager around to do so. Never heard of a restaurant not having a manager on duty during business hours. No one has called me back to fix this and every time I call back now no one answers! Coincidence? Don’t think so.

The food was good but they got my order wrong. I asked for pancakes, no whipped cream and they came out covered in whipped cream. Even the check said no whip but the person in the kitchen spent the whole time arguing with the waitress loudly that it was probably overlooked. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time and it was just awkward to hear them argue during the entire time I was there.

Hash stuffed grilled cheese and steak tips lunch plate were amazing! Food was delicious and made fast for takeout, staff was friendly and helpful! It's right on Essex street, perfect for stopping in for a meal during your day in town.

Alabama boy here . We stopped in at this wonderful restaurant this morning . Friendly staff and hard working ,thank you . Shout out to Holly girl you got it. The food is amazing and the first time having the Locanico sausage and all I can say is OMG so good . Y'all keep it up wish you was in Wetumpka Al
