Had such a wonderful stay!! The room was amazing clean and stylish. This hotel is in the perfect spot right in the heart of town. The rooftop bar is amazing and so convenient great drinks and churros. Cooper was the best and the rest of the staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel! MCM decor was such a pleasant surprise. From the lobby to the room to the roof top bar, beautiful! The two front desk ladies were so pleasant and helpful! The staff at the roof top bar were awesome as well. Genuinely, no issues. The location is in the heart of Salem. Our room was so clean, beautiful, updated and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The king room was clean and comfortable. The decor is fun and modern. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is very convenient, right on Essex street within walking distance of the museums and many restaurants. It was perfect for stopping to use the bathroom during the day, dropping leftovers off, and they have stations for filling your water bottle up. The price was amazing for the location

The hotel itself was not bad. Great location in the middle of Salem and the hotel itself had a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. BEWARE: on the website under amenities for the rooms it says individually controlled AC but this is SEASONAL. I had the worst night of sleep when my room was a heat oven and remained at a 77 degree temperature the entire night. There was no AC and the front desk laughed when I brought up the concern. I honestly would have went somewhere else to stay if I would have known this. They did try to provide a box fan but there is only so much that can do in a big room. I would check on this before booking.
