How come no one from costumer service or other department answer the phone? I been trying to call the store for more than 1 hour and no answer.

There is not enough staff at times to have someone at that counter. Yes there should be some kind of button you can push for service but they do their best. I've worked for them and I know it's hard for them to get the budget to be staffed the way they want to be. That being said since there is not always someone at that counter there's not always someone available to answer that phone in particular because that department is not always maned. The store does get busy quite a bit.
