Love shopping here. Haven’t been inside the store for a while since I do online shopping mostly. Reason for my low rating is I needed last minute birthday cake. Was there Mid day and cakes were out. Waited there for while for help and an African American employee approached of no help as she was clueless. I even thanked her for her time for god knows what but she ignored with any response. Finally chose the cake I wanted and needed Happy Birthday written on it and they messed up on the name and I don’t know what they wrote to be honest. Again I thanked and there was absolutely no response. The bakery section was in a mess and it felt like they were cleaning up already for store closing when it was roughly 2 p.m. It could be a coincidence that I walked in at the wrong time but I have been to this store at random times and was never disappointed. Hope it improves as this is my go to store for bakery needs.

This place is good with lots of variety of different stuff but it is a bit on costlier side if you compare with walmart and way more costly than Costco. But, still it’s a good neighbourhood supermarket for emergency stopover. They do have pharmacy facility as well.

I would call the deli before going.
There is not enough staff at times to have someone at that counter. Yes there should be some kind of button you can push for service but they do their best. I've worked for them and I know it's hard for them to get the budget to be staffed the way they want to be. That being said since there is not always someone at that counter there's not always someone available to answer that phone in particular because that department is not always maned. The store does get busy quite a bit.
