I'm not sure if there is a head chef eather. The food is Cafe type but everything I have ever had has been very good.
Not sure there is a dedicated chef. You can see the kitchen area from where we seated there was several people preparing food. Food came out hot within 10 minutes, there was 2 of us. We shared a plate and it was plenty for us. We were there at lunch hours and resturant was pretty busy. My only concern is there was only 1 bathroom for whole resturant.
