Safe enough. The rooms seem to be old so make sure the locks are good. I wouldn't wonder around at nigh it's near an airport so it tends to have somewhat a high traffic area. But if your staying one nite or two its do able. Dor the price. Bathrooms are nice small shower though. Room enough for a twin room for a adult a child a dog. No dog fee a plus too.
