I am always very honest with my reviews and I am giving this place 5 stars and here is why ! The service is absolutely amazing best customer service hands down ! If you communicate they communicate and that's key ! They are always so kind so friendly and very understanding and compassionate people that run it! Sally is an angel so is victor and Joe ! Some come and go and some stay a little longer so it's a family vibe and the price is very reasonable ! Yes it's an older motel and needs some work but no place is perfect and the service you get overrides the older feel ! If there is a problem they will do their best to work with you not against you ! Don't hesitate to try this place ! I don't know why people say there are bugs in the beds there aren't in the room I stayed and I always recommend you check for that type of thing anywhere you stay regardless if it's a Hilton or a motel no place has immunity to that so do your own due diligence as a customer as well as the place you stay doing theirs . Anyways all in all this is a great place to stay gas station is a 2 min walk stores target , stop n shop etc. 4 min drive ! Have a blessed and beautiful day everyone !

This is for the value minded only. The place is clean, reasonably maintained in terms of stuff working,, but if aesthetics are important to you, steer clear. I don't so good for me. The same family owns America's Best Value Inn up the road at 105 Washington St foxboro. If you want to go mildly more upscale

Do not stay here! The lady at the desk barely spoke English and FORCED me to sign a credit card slip that didn't have the right amount and didn't match my card #. Maybe because it was hotels.com but I digress. It's very shabby on the outside lobby smells musty so I didn't have much hope for our stay. I think the clerk had hair dye in her hair π€£The room LOOKS nice but this was the stay from hell. First no remote, ashtray and the smoke alarm was down (we put it back up). Lamp had plastic bag wrapped around stripped wires.. The shower drain isn't attached so you can see into the basement. It also wasn't clean cuz there was a used bar of soap. Spots of blood on the walls. Burn holes in mattress and cover. Curly black hairs on the sheets of one bed.. we thoroughly checked the beds and 1 had some weird powder under the mattress.. The beds had evidence of bed bugs not sure if current cuz we didn't see any. HOWEVER I was sitting in the bed last night and I looked down there was a friggen cockroach! Hotels.com called the motel to get us moved to another hotel but the lady said we weren't even there then stopped answering the phone. I walked down to office and they refused to come out to talk to me. We did eventually get moved to another hotel but this was a nightmare. I know I shouldn't have expected much but a shower and clean, bug free bed is NOT too much to ask for!

I've stayed here before and had no major issues. Nothing fancy but for the area it's decent and affordable. This time, however, I came here with the sole intention of getting some sleep and quiet time away. It was anything but. A huge group of people, including 20 or more children, were outside screaming and partying nonstop. I was annoyed when it was going on during the day, but understandable. Once 11 pm hit it became more than annoying. No one came to tell these guests it was quiet time and people are trying to sleep. The unending screaming didn't let up until late, late night. There were a ton of small flies in the bathtub. And when I was a few minutes late checking out of my room due to having to rid the bathtub of the flies so I could take a shower, one of the staff barged in the room without as much as a courtesy knock while i was in my towel. Extremely unprofessional and i won't be wasting my money here again.

STAY AWAY if possible!!! If you must stay there bring lots of Lysol and flypaper.
Normally I heard they are $40.00 a night. But I went when the stadium was having an event and it was $85.00 a night and the credit machine was down, the elderly gentleman was very helpful and accommodating considering the chaos in the area that day. Even the gas station before it that he suggested had a ATM, was also not working. Had to go all the way to a mall in opposite direction. But it all ended well.
