Collin is an absolute joy! He and the staff at Wrentham are the reason why we drive an hour to this particular store, despite living ten minutes from a closer Le Creuset store. Every time we've been in this particular store, all the staff are so friendly and professional! I spent ten minutes with Collin today, inquiring about all sorts of stockpots. Collin was extremely patient and sweet in answering all my questions, going above and beyond in trying to locate the particular item I needed, even if it meant a sale not at his store. Collin provides the type of amazing customer service every company strives to have, and he does it so effortlessly and gracefully. Kudos to Collin and the staff at Wrentham Le Creuset.

My fiancé and I have been coming to this store for years as we've slowly stocked our kitchen with LC products, including dishes, pans, utensils, and more! Katherine and Chris are some of our favorite people; it's always a pleasure to talk with them when we are able to drop in! They're very personable, helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and the atmosphere of the store is warm and inviting! While we've checked out other LC stores, we always find our way back to this one! Best selection and customer service!

Such a great experience here! Katherine and Chris were so so helpful helping me pick out the perfect holiday gifts for people (and I've got some particular friends and family!). I picked up several amazing pieces that I know they will love and use forever. Katherine was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was so nice about everything. Out of all the places that sell Le Creuset, I would recommend this place (its the main reason I travel up to Wrentham Village) for the best deals and best service, hands down.

The customer service I received from Katherine during my recent visit was outstanding! Katherine goes above and beyond to help her customers and makes shopping there a real pleasure!
