Any tips on contacting the front desk? Am calling before a visit with a few questions and not only does the front desk extension ring endlessly, but every other extension either rings/plays hold music endlessly.

Not sure never had to contact the hotel directly. Are you trying different times to call? I do know they are shooting a netflix film in the old casino not sure if that has anything to do with it.
