Great customer service. The C fell off of my wallet and when I contacted corporate, they said it would cost about $75 to repair. They suggested I attempt to return to the store, and that any transaction would be at the discretion of the store manager/team. I could not go to the store where I purchased it because I bought it while on vacation. I went to this store instead. They found the same wallet and easily exchanged it for me. I didn't even have the receipt! All I had was my credit card statement as proof from 6 months ago when it was purchased.

I went to coach and wanted a bag but didn't have my card on me. I wanted this bag so much, they offered to hold the bag for 2 days. This bag was on clearance and they could've sold the bag to someone else; however, they trusted me to return the next day to pickup the bag. I was surprised but not surprised at the same time. The staff was so pleasant from the time I entered the store; made me want to purchase something. I do usually buy one bag every year. This will be the best money spent so far; based on my treatment from the door!!
