Not horrible but not worth 200 or more per night on any day. Check in was smooth and easy. Front desk staff were very polite and security was nice. The room was clean for the most part and the sheets were clean also. My issue is the look of the hotel rooms. The room and hotel hallways just look very old as if you are in a motel. The rooms had this carpet that didn't look like it had been cleaned in a little while and the room was dusty. The bathroom had a brown stain on the ceiling in the above the tub and the tub had some water stains and rust as well. The hotel is really showing its age and Marriott should do a better job of maintaining this hotel. This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. This is my second time staying here and my previous stay the room was much nicer and better maintained. I cant say ill return unless some renovations are made. I gave 3 stars for check in/check out and customer service.

Property is extremely old, and it shows. Renovations have not been done, and there seemed to be an ant issue. I found several of them on my bed. In addition, the billing department made a lot of issues , and I was charged three completely different amounts for my one night stay. When I called in, I was told they are unsure..... The location is far from the action of AC, and is right on top of the local AC area, which is poverty stricken - and at night, not a fun place to be walking around. That being said there is a lot of character on this once beautiful property and the rooms are large for AC standards. Other info: Self Parking $20 daily charge with in/out priveleges ** It is a bit of a walk through the Atlantic City Convention center to reach the hotel which is across the street from the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and unload bags at front entry prior to parking your vehicle. Valet Parking - Advertised, however not available. Incidental hold - $50 Hope this helps. Cheers !

Came to AC for a convention and was recommended this hotel by the convention staff. In hindsight, I should've went elsewhere. Room felt dated and like it hadn't been deep cleaned in some time. Found some hairs in my bathroom that clearly didn't belong to me. Shower didn't turn on fully so the tub kept filling up with water while I showered. Parking is a mess and way too far from the actual hotel. And to top it all off, I found this old beer can in my trash bin. Needless to say, I will not be using the Sheraton on my next stay in AC. Look elsewhere!!

I was a little unsure about staying here but was attending a conference at the convention center. The lobby is clean and beautiful. My room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was serviced each day - clean towels, bed made etc. Bottled water was appreciated. The staff working were all super kind, helpful, and I didn't pass a single person who failed to say hello! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! I also tried the shoe bar, the gentleman working was really nice!

Suggest taking a Jitney or an Uber. Sketchy part of town.Pricey hotel for what it is.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk from the Sheraton.
0.5 miles about 4 mins. Walk down Michigan Ave and your there you pass all the outlets its great then once you get to Ballys you're there I would say 4 long blocks if u don't mind walking its a great walk to see what stores and restaurants are on the way but the hotel is so nice and NJ Transit is right across the street at the convention center
I'm not exactly sure? If your asking "How do you give a review on the hotel "? I would say you could visit their website and go from there.
Not for sure
No, as someone else said nothing is open in hotel, did not like the location either
No
doggy beach play area is in Wildwoods and Sheraton allows pets but I'd call and ask first
No
Dont remember
It varies how far a head you book
You would need to call them directly as I would expect that prices fluctuate based on which dates you choose.
Make sure you pull into the Sheraton parking section. There is also parking for the convention center.
4 peoe with 2 double beds
I have usually checked in during the afternoon. Check out is by 10am to noon, I think.
10 to 15 minute walk, you walk through the outlet shopping district and past a casino.
Outside the hotel.
