There is a handicap ramp. Parking is limited and the wait on Sundays is typically 15 to 30 mintues around breakfast and brunch. The waiting room is small so be prepared to wait outside or towards their limited bar area.

Official parking plus off road parking definirely call with your concerns. On a good weather day like yesterday consider outside. I'm sure the ramp satisfies legal requirements but at the top of the ramp the door could be awkward when you get there go inside first and ask again. It's definitely worth any trouble
Yea they have a ramp enterance, would probably be best to call ahead and get a reservation as they are normally pretty busy on sundays
