When my mother moved to The Bristal her family thought she had been place in a community that would meet her aging needs. However, recently there have been several instance where it has been demonstrated that her medical welfare and personal safety continue to be in question.

The gentleman who gave us the tour was wonderful. Very detailed and considerate. Fully answered all our questions. But when we were introduced to the nurse it was easy to tell how annoyed and impatient she was. It’s like we were bothering her. Nice place though & good location.
