was there early this afternoon, they were not busy. wanted to get skis and boots, my wife a snowboard. i waited in the ski room for quite awhile. no one came to ask if i needed help. then i noticed that there were in fact 3 employees in the ski room talking amongst themselves but could not be bothered. wife also got no help in snowboard room. i get not harassing customers, but skis are not a self service item that one can just grab, pay for and leave. i wont be back here. oh and im an avid cyclist, wont be visiting their bike shop now either.
