I'd call Best Buy directly, if you take any action. One thing I would do for sure is check or call your bank and make sure no money has left any accounts. You can also tell them to put a freeze on any $400 charge until you identify what it is.
Probably a scam. Check the email address of the sender. You can also contact Best Buy customer service.
I get email like this regularly from scammers. The email range from Netflix to Apple store. Unless that email is coming directly from your bank or PayPal, if you own one id just ignore it. If you can't see the charge on your accounts then its probably just a scammer trying to get you to click something in that email.
Call your bank and your credit card company, tell them about your concerns. Call the headquarters of the bank, they are more knowledgeable than branch employees. That said, you probably don't have much to worry about.
Call 1888 Bestbuy directly don't click any links.
