Better than your average rest areas on the east coast. Food options for grab and go as well as sitting down, like a food court. Tagged to stop by the next time we're driving around.

Cinnabon was not serving customers at 7:45am, although they supposedly open at 7am. The person working was putting out fresh cinnabons, but what good is that if they won't serve you? Whenever they deign to begin serving it won't be fresh any longer. Our brief stop was not indefinite; after waiting 10 minutes I gave up on Cinnabon and found refreshments at the Sunoco station.

Rest stop on the way to NY. The regular eateries... Burger King 🤴 Cinnabon Popeyes Annie's Pretzels. Restroom 🚻 was clean.

I would call and ask
Actually the plaza is open 24 hrs and the restraunts close between 8pm and 10pm. Zmarket(convenience ) is 24hrs

I just looked up biden welcome center food and got hits for the restaurants and their hours. Google is probably the best bet.
