First, we are curbside exclusively. We researched COVID likes to get in the air vents, which would put our food and employees at risk thus we decided to do curbside only. Second, minimize contact with our clients while sanitizing every item clients touch -like pens. While surface contact is a less common infection route, no reason to not go the extra mile. Our staff has been trained to keep from clients and each other as best we can. We practice conscience breathing, that is finding free space to exhale and avoiding inhaling near others, to reduce risks further. I will gladly boast we had an employee catch COVID offsite then find out he was positive while at the cafe. We immediately closed for ten days and got everyone tested -all negative. As an owner, I was extremely proud the staff was able to contain a potential outbreak working side-by-side with a positive person for a shift or two. We take COVID extremely seriously and refuse to infect others through negligence.

We have a very diverse menu and several vegan regulars. We allow everyone to build their own sandwiches and we ensure that there are tons of options for customization. I think we are vegan friendly and I work every menu with our vegan neighbors in mind.
