It's very unusual that this happened. The hotel itself, even on busier nights never seems overcrowded. And the Staff are really very nice. I would have waited no more than 2 or 3 minutes before calling back. Also, I have never been put in a queue when calling. Very unusual. Give it a chance.
The Quality Inn is pretty nice over there they also have a good breakfast stay away from Days Inn
