about 15 acres of dog land u would have to be careful because the other person's dog mite have some kind of virus that will easily get too ur dog quick
Both the large dog and small dog sides are large and adequate for your dogs to get a good run and work out. I use the small dog side mostly and have never had an issue. However, on the large dog side there may be a spat or two between the dogs, but I've never seen anything major.
It's pretty big but you have to be careful with the other dogs.
