I have lived in the Southbay for many years and I have tried every car wash from Manhattan Beach to PV. No other car wash in my experience compares to this one. I am consistently happy with the interior vacuuming, attention to detail on the outside of my cars and, the environment is wonderful while I wait for my car. I recommend finding George, one of the managers, and buying a book of 10 car washes. When you do this, you get a free car wash and George will make sure you are taken great care of every time. Thank you George and thank you Redondo Beach Car Wash!

My trunk was not vacuumed as per usual but this time my dash was dusty, windows were dirty near the top and no air freshener. You can clearly see there were still spots all over the car. I come here all the time and I tip well but I'm tired of having to remind them to vacuums my trunk every single time and this time the extras were just too much. I will be looking elsewhere.

They called the detail service I selected "the sandcastle" which included a full interior vacuum, wiped down of all windows and surfaces, washing of rubber mats and a drive thru the car wash. I think they named the wash just for me because I literally had a 5 pound destroyed sandcastle along with petrified french fries, broken crayons, cat litter (that's another story) and some other unidentifiable left over stashed drive thru food in hard as rock fragments stashed in various places in my quintessential mom van. I told the sales person who suggested the sandcastle or rather removal of the sandcastle that I don't need the exterior fussed about too much as my car is already 2 tone with the peeling paint and what once resembled white, but to really focus on vacuuming up every last crumb in the car and deal with the smell that someone thinks "thank God I have a covid mask to wear while in this car". I thought it was a tall request but I can fantasize. They took so much stuff out of my mom van I truly think I'm getting better gas mileage now. They were pleasant, super fast and I had to do a double take to make sure it was indeed my car as I got back into the driver's seat. I did not recognize the shiny, crumb free, actually pleasant smelling van interior. The removal of the 1/2 inch of CA road dust revealed I did indeed have a black dashboard, not grey... who knew! My bum actually slid into place in the driver's seat instead of adhering to the seat due to some unknown sticky substance. Although I'm a tiny bit sad to see the child size hand prints removed from the windows, I could now see out of them and it may make me a better driver. On my way to the waiting area I stopped at the restroom and looked up coupons as I sat in my temporary office and I was able to score 25% off my wash. The facility was super clean and there were plenty of tables to stay the 6 feet from other patrons. The staff hovered as I got into my car with towel in had if there was anything I felt was not good enough and needed more attention. Now I wouldn't eat off the floor but I certainly am not embarrassed anymore with the state of my mom van on my next match date. I felt a little guilty using that coupon for the amount of work that had to be done but I made up for it in a generous gratuity. I will revel in my gloriously clean interior for a while with music on and windows down. RB car wash, I will be back!
