Rude staff unprofessional. Helping friends that walk into the store over the line that has been standing there for sometime. Care more about there phones and personal conversations than helping your customers. Spend a lot of money at Ferguson and at this branch. But will have to make some changes after this last experience

As a builder my discount is equal to that of Home Depot, but because Ferguson had in stock items I spent about 20k here. I experience better service at Lowe’s and Home Depot, why? BC wait times are long and the return service is terrible at Ferguson’s. I really don’t see the value of going here in the future unless you need a specific item that the big retailers don’t carry.

WOW!!! I had no idea this place existed! Just like Pacific Sales USED TO BE before it was sold! GREAT personalized service. Lovely, clean showroom. I worked with Dylan who is really helpful and very efficient. I haven't received the appliance as yet, so hopefully the installation will go as smoothly as the purchase. P.S. Wonderful website!

Came in after purchasing over $12,000 worth of finish fixtures from them had a couple missing parts and they were no help at all when I came back in. All the information they had was to tell me to re-purchase the whole model number No one had any knowledge about the company that they’re selling or how to get replacement parts. A lot of I don’t knows. Doesn’t seem like the employees care about the customers rather they are just there to put in their hours. I’ll be taking my word of mouth business elsewhere and to let others know about Ferguson’s poor customer service and expensive pricing. Horrible experience.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
