Ended up here because post office closed for the day (on a Saturday afternoon). I was surprised to see such high ratings for a shipping store, but now I understand why. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly (unlike postal workers who seem like they hate their job). And he got me the best rate, cheaper than USPS (even using a free envelope as padding!). Certainly exceeded my expectations and hope to give them more business soon.

I've always liked going here to mail my packages but this time the guy who was there was more concerned with closing than helping me with clearing bad addresses out of their system. Those bad addresses have been a problem when I ask my son to ship a package for me
