No idea. But netspend has a listing with the card where you can load funds. Cost included on that list.
U can load ur Netspend card at 7-11 for $4.95 I know for sure & possibly @ Rite aide next to food lion. I personally don't care fir any of the cards thru Walmart so I use green dot cards but my fav is my Netspend
