As if all the ridiculous charges on your bill are not bad enough. I paid my bill from a saved closed account online and when I realized the mistake I called them . Said there was nothing they could do and I would be charged an additional 25 bucks.I paid the bill from the correct account. Member yeah right ! Completely my mistake! Yay for poor customer service.

God forbid the wind blows, the power is out. I've had so many outages that it feels like a nightmare. Especially when it's 90 degrees and the power is out. Unreal.

I would give them no stars if that was a option. Our electric bill can go from $200 to $800.....WHAT LOGIC IS THAT? We don't change a thing at home how does the electric bill jump $600. Just the rich steeling from the poor they should be ashamed. Unreal
