If I purchase a gift card from Safeway can it be pick up from any Safeway in Edmond.

You should be able to pick up the gift card at any Safeway store.

I would think if it was online, otherwise check to see online it it asks you to select a store to pick it up. Most websites ask you to select a store. If you are buying it in a store, you should be able to buy it at any Safeway store in Edmonds.
