Been shopping here for about 20years. Bad experience tonight when I was shopping. As usual it takes a while for someone to show up at the liquor cabinet. No big deal. When the young lady showed up,I told her what I needed. She got it out and looked me over and said are you done. I said no and she wouldn't give it to me. She said I could pick it up at the service department, she couldn't give it to me. So when I checked out I asked the cashier about it, he hadn't heard it was a new policy. Very rude being discriminated.

You can wait until your next shopping trip to fix your receipt and save yourself some gas.
I know first hand that you need to choose a location that you would like to pick it up from and then actually have to use that same location when picking it up. I would suggest calling them ahead of time to clarify this info for you. I hope everything goes smoothly! Take care
