Crappy service? I've never waited more than 1 or 2 minutes in there and never had a complaint about anything there.

Luberto's has been at their current location on Broadway for over 20 years, but they were originally on Revere St for a number of years before relocating.
Went there late on a weeknight recently and received excellent service. Best pizza anywhere, hands down.
Amazing they have lasted that long with the crappy service
