They cancelled our reservation TWO MONTHS after we made it to tell us they overbooked. You waited two months to tell us this so we could find accomodations elsewhere and given how quickly they're going out, they're so up priced and expensive three weeks out from our trip. Completely unprofessional. 🙄

Spent a weekend with my husband at this hotel. The location was super convenient because we visited both Salem and Boston which were each less than 30 minutes away. There were also lots of food choices to choose from. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were a little outdated and could definitely use some work but other than that it was a good weekend away.

Hotel was in good condition and the environment was very quiet. The room was large and well appointed. Staff members were pleasant and gave good service. The complimentary breakfast food selection was extensive and varied slightly daily. The seating area for breakfast was larger than for most hotels in which i have stayed, making breakfast more pleasant. The scheduled van shuttle trips to the Wonderland transit station made it easy to travel around Boston. Wi-fi service was good.

Very good choice for a stay, it had been a time that no hotel had surprised me so much! Even checkout was at 12pm, that's awesome for a change. Breakfast and the beds were a Realtor treat. Overall experience was great for the family. Rooms are spacious and toilet is apart from the sink area which make it possible for two people to go about there morning duties without bothering each other. My experience was great, we expect your can be as ours, enjoy!
