I went to this location for a rent a car since my car was in a accident, insurance was covering up to $35 a day for the rent a car, I told hertz I needed a car at or below that price range for the insurance, they gave me the rental and called my insurance to confirm all the paperwork for the rental and coverage. I asked at the end of it before they gave me the car saying “this is 100% covered right, I won’t need to pay a dime?” Manager says yes your fine insurance is taking care of everything. 1 month later I return the car to find out they charged me $45 a day for the rental so I had to pay an extra $10 a day for a whole month .. like really? What a disgrace , not only lied to but they literally stole my money in a legal way. This is a joke and completely disgusted this even happened . Will never use this location again and I’ll prob just do business with enterprise going forward.

It was rather quick and efficient. Just know that if you're renting thru Uber, you must pay the $200 plus whatever the cost for the vehicle you chose, UPFRONT!!! Major detail. I was told otherwise on the phone, that the $200 deposit was all I had to pay right away. That is not the case. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and they don't keep you waiting too long.

I rented a car for 38.99 a day, and my charges were supposed to be 197.19 for 4 days. I was charged $245.37. The clerk claimed that I owe $49.39 a day. I know it’s not a huge difference but I don’t like to feel like I’m cheated and overcharged. My original receipt reflects a different chart. I should have not been charged more than what I booked.

Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone. No cars available so not sure why they can’t pick up the phone to tell people that. Moreover not sure why they allow bookings to have customers with reservations just to be told they don’t have any cars. Employee will ignore customers talking and answer the phone mid sentence to tell them to hold and hang up on them. This is the most unprofessional business if you can call it that. And I’ve rented plenty from here before now I’m remembering why I don’t anymore. USE ENTERPRISE OR TURO PEOPLE ITS LESS OF A HASSLE. 2/7/22
