They didn't believe me in June when I told them I had a major leak and no A/C or heat. A month later it overheats. They were going to charge me $2,894. I re-towed it 2 miles to another shop who only charged me $750. Well overpriced and zero customer service skills.

I had to stop going to this store. They take a huge time to get the most simple work done, they are not polite, they are only interested on getting you the credit card and I've never been able to get my car fixed in the same day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Since then I've been going to small business instead because they are not big corporations so they care about your needs so you always return. Firestone doesn't care at all and this store SUCKES! I hope this help you avoid my mistake. *Plus I got COVID the last time I was there.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a light, and they still made me wait over five hours! They are not friendly, are rude, talk a lot with each other and waste time, the worst place. never go there, it's better Pep Boys

Where do I even begin ha! I first called to see if I can do the free brake inspection that was advertised on their website and wanted to get my husbands brakes checked. I called and even confirmed with a young gentleman on the phone who assured me to come at 100pm the next day so they can take a look at it. The very next day I show up and was greeted by a rude middles Eastern sounding man who I’m assuming is the lead supervisor over there. He was very rude and very arrogant with me. He told me to step back behind the line in a rude way . He stated that there was no appointment made and didn’t see the 1pm as if I would lie over something trivial like this. I told him to check with the guy I spoke with at 6pm since I have my phone records that indicated that I spoke with someone. He then asked the guy out in the back and still states that there was no appointment made and i stood firm and said that’s not what I was told and I’m not leaving until my brakes were checked. He then proceeded to state that he take it in but that’ll it take a couple of hours. I told my husband what happened and he was furious he came with me and advised that my husband brake and steering line was leaking and that it would need to be towed out the lot. My husband stated that we live near the area and we can safely drive it back and it was almost as if the supervisor was holding my husbands keys hostage and told my husband that it was dangerous to drive the car. We understood and then he sarcastically handed the keys back to me and said have a good day. Man people don’t come here I came here once before and forgot the experience that I had but now I will document here just so I now know to never come back here again. Whoever owns this location needs to fire these guys purely based on professionalism and their work ethic.
