No they aren't...you must have a med card to enter...the rec shop wont be open until sometime in 2019....NETA wont be involved with rec or atleast at the moment

Not yet. Without a "patient ID" it's impossible. Sorry! The law has changed to rec/legal statewide, but each *town/city* now has to come up with their own legislation about all this too. Not to mention there are also different licenses needed for different aspects of the business. So far not one town has decided to take the plunge, so to speak. Hope this helps??
