Hi, there. this is a good question, and a question we are very prepared for, having gone to great lengths to insure safety and compliance. We only allow 4 customers in at one time, which makes it possible to stay 6 feet apart. Masks are required to enter. We have sneeze guards in place. Cashiers use disposable gloves at all times. We have a sanitizer dispenser at the front door. We sanitize every surface at least once every 30 minutes. We have signage at the door letting people know the rules. The county of Alameda has issued a safety protocol, which is for reference, however we have had all our employees read and sign a copy for their files, which is not required. Lastly, Primrose paid every employee at the beginning of the year for their time as they took COVID tests. (Between 2 - 4 hours for each employee.) We are happy to say that every employee came back negative, although we are not complacent about that and continue to take this issue VERY SERIOUSLY. Thank you and stay safe!

Yep. 4 people max inside, wear masks, and this place gets busy so expect a line which is well worth the wait 😋

Limited number of people in the store at a time(I think 4), masks, plexiglass, the usual.
