On my receipt it says Employee: Walter, to the Managers please stop hiring people like Walter that cannot seem to take simple orders and answer simple questions. He doesn't seem to understand English well, stop hiring uneducated and unprofessional people.

Customer service was pretty bad. Are you not allowed to ask if they have non-meat patties? No interaction when taking my card for payment, no thank you - and worst of all... after giving me my food, he didn't say if it was all... then he looks back to tell me it was... but where's my drink? Try a little harder, bro.

Must be much slower than usual. I came to buy some of the Tacos drink and curly fries, it was 8 cars ahead but I decided to wait around 9 at night. Got all the way to the window and received my food then drove away but look in the bag only to find out it was the wrong order. It was a ultimate cheeseburger with fries and those cheese potatoes or something. That's not what I ordered. I tried to go inside but the door was locked then I gave up. I ended up with more food I guess. Must do better than this guys.
