I agree with Justin. Midday is cheaper and less crowded, and weekdays are a lot less crowded. Even if you go on a weekend, midday or early afternoon is cheaper and not as crowded as the evening.

Mid day in my opinion.. the prices are cheaper and there are less people to deal with. But this is simply an opinion and many people would disagree.
