Staff is awful!! I have never given a negative hotel review. The front desk girl "journey" is the most disrespectful repugnant person I have ever met. On multiple nights she refused to assist me with the simplest things like printing one piece of paper for me or give me a clean towel to take a shower when housekeeping didn't come. She told me she didn't care she was getting paid either way and then she didn't care that she would find another job then threatened to assult me! In 5 years of traveling I have never been treated with such laziness, distain, and even threats. It's inexcusable and if this is what our future looks like we should be very concerned. If you seek hospitable friendly service don't stay here!!!!!

Everything about it looked bad once you get in the parking lot, I felt the need to check for bugs only stayed on night and wouldn’t go back. It was packed and the rooms where somewhat outdated. I could hear the people next door 🤬 so we left the tv 📺 on so we don’t feed into the energy they put out. Front desk staff very courteous and funny however I had a friends and family voucher and they would only accept if with a manager approval who didn’t come in til Monday of the following week, smh.

Great spot. Great price. Amenities non existing Ice machine broken Laundry broken Pool....broken and junk everywhere. Looks like it's been YEARS since it was open. Years before covid excuses were a thing. We stayed here last time and had to go to 3 different rooms to get a functional one. No hot water, no towels, no.....you get it. At least meet some standards. Make your brand consistent. Other locations aren't a ton better either. Unfortunately pet friendly options are limited.

booked online. me and my friends were not 21 but absolutely nowhere on the site did it say you HAD to be 21 so we paid & then were told we could not stay there and we’ve called MULTIPLE times about our refund. the RED ROOF INN just refuses to awnser the email for us to get our refund when all they had to do was respond to an email. i called at least 6 times to remind them and still nothing. save your money and don’t book with these people.
