Do not get this place confused with Comfort Suites, which is next door. This Comfort Inn was pretty gross. Upon entering the room you first notice the smell. The no smoking sign is just for show because it smells like people smoke constantly in there. The carpet was stained and gross. The toilet needed to be tightened. Not just the seat. The whole thing. The tub needed to be resealed and the floor tile didn’t line up to the tub and you could see all the grime in the groove between the tub and tile. The shower pressure was awful. The shower curtain isn’t long enough so water gets all over the floor. There were stains on the comforter. The exit door down the first floor hallway was constantly propped open with a rock because the card reader for that door was broken so security is an issue. Would definitely not stay again.

The room was dirty. There was dirt all over the windowsill, microwave and refrigerator were dirty. The swimming didn't work, so my kids were very disappointed. We had gotten into town early and tried to check in. We were told we couldn't until 3pm. I was fine with that. We came back 2:50 and was told rudely that we couldn't check in until 3:00. There was several people waiting in the lobby to check in. Once I got up to the counter. She asked if my kids were with me and I said yes. She said someone in the lobby irritated her cause they wanted to check in early so she was making them wait as long as she could. I felt that was wrong and unprofessional. I was not pleased with my stay at all and I know I will NEVER go back to that hotel. I've stayed at many hotels and never been treated that way before.

I will say it was apparent that your level of expectation for employees has changed. We did not feel safe after our experience at this Choice location. Less than satisfied, after staying at many Choice locations. I booked and paid online so no refunds, but had I waited to see location, the price was more. Your brand is over charging for the quality.

Hotel wasn't great. Rooms we were given hadn't been cleaned so we had to go back down for new rooms. Rooms we were given smelled disgusting and had issues. Toilets didnt work, no hot water, no water pressure, etc. The only saving Grace was the people. Sherry was absolutely amazing. Kept a positive attitude even thru the issues. She does it ALL. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
